The prestigious Museo Revoltella - Galleria d'Arte Moderna in Trieste offers an exhibition entitled "Ommagio a Miró" from June 24 to September 24. The exhibition will feature approximately eighty works including paintings, tempera, watercolors, drawings, sculptures and ceramics from French museums and private collectors, complemented by a series of graphic works, books and documents and a multimedia section. The exhibition is curated by Achille Bonito Oliva, one of Italy's most important and respected art critics, Maïthé Vallès-Bled, former director of French museums, and Vincenzo Sanfo, art expert and organizer of important international exhibitions.
On the occasion of the exhibition "Omaggio a Miró", Helene Bailly will lend four works by Joan Miró, "Sans titre" (circa 1966), "Sans titre" (circa 1966), "Sans titre Au verso : Étude pour Ubu roi", (1949 recto - 1953 verso) et "Femme aux trois cheveux, constellation" (1976), to the Museo de Revoltella, Trieste.
